Cardio Glow is a glow-stick, light up LED night time Dance Party! We work up a sweat and really shake our booties!
All fitness levels are welcome to the party. Go at your own intensity level and impact level. The power and the glow are in your hands.
No dance or aerobic experience required. Bring a water bottle and supportive sneakers.
