Pop fuses fun cardio with a hot pop playlist to get you incinerating calories and making your heart healthy! To keep that sweet, sweaty glow, we add on muscle work and a lush cool-down stretch.
Cardio work in this class varies between dance aerobics, rhythmic kickboxing, and HIIT movement.
This is a high intensity, medium impact class. This means you will work hard, but jumping or joint impact is optional. We show modifications if you want to beef up your impact or cool down those hot, hot moves. No dance or aerobic experience required.
